| Reservations |
| A reservation request, should be received, as early as possible, indicating the file reference , the total number of participants , the arrival and departure details and the total services to be rendered. |
- Confirmation reply within 48 hours is guaranteed.
- A final rooming list of participants is required , 21 days prior to arrival date.

| Cancellations |
| Unless a special agreement is granted, cancellation is allowed only before the 21 days rooming list, time limit. Exceeding this limit , will affect our cancellation fees policy as follows : |
- 15 to 21 days ….............................…… 25%.
- 07 to 15 days ….............................…… 35%
- 01 to 07 days ….............................……70%
- No Show ……….………………………. Total amount.

| Unless a special agreement is granted . our payment terms are: |
- A refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount of any request , is due , upon confirmation , within two weeks.
